But what they never do is, have a think about is there anything wrong on their own side........
For any worker who want to be successful in the career, do this kind of boss worth serving? For the scarify of the study plan, career development plan, marriage plan, child birth/child care plan, youth and health, I DON"T THINK THIS KIND OF BOSS WORTH SERVING AT ALL. - It is a give and take: when the boss have no care to their employees, the employee need not to have any loyalty to that boss. And, this rules applies to employees from any places, so even if they really go to "§ä¥~³Ò", they will just repeat the same mistake.

To be honest, these "¥e¦í¥DºÞ¯Ê©Î¬O¬ãµoªº¤±M²¦·~¥Í" is part of the reason for the strange situation of "ºÓ¤h³Õ¤h¤Ó¦h" and the strange working of using ºÓ¤h³Õ¤h as technician in Taiwan. In short, they want to employ ºÓ¤h³Õ¤h for the production line is mainly because they want to enjoy the feeling of commanding a group of people with higher academic level so their their sick jealousy attitude towards those who can go to uni can be full filled.
And because of these ¤±M²¦·~¥Í¥DºÞ's training/working experiences in the past, that limited their scope of view and therefore in their brain, R&D = cost down and production line trouble shooting and the lack of strategic view for product and cooperate development....... - by the way, I always feel that the "career planning" for most people in Taiwan is nothing but ¼´´X¦~¿ú²¾¥Á¨ì¨ä¥L°ê®a.............
