SMT線/組裝線你要提升什麼?
變成完全的無人廠嗎？
沒錯
廣達找的是產線的作業員/工程師

well, if you have a look some production line like those in McDonald or Boeing, you can tell the difference.....

汽車廠產線也沒辦法跟電子廠比
知道現在電子廠產線一站的停留時間有多久嗎？
不多
15秒不到
15秒內要完成從拿料，組裝，確認組裝至少四到五個動作並再準備好下一次的循環
每天上班八小時就是在重複循環一樣的動作
自己揣摩看看吧 |

Management of Ford and Holden (GM) are much more make sense then the factory in Taiwan I was once working.........

the main point is not "no creativity". it is the point I marked red: 沒前景、軍事化管理、工作時間長，有時還要當體力工

Those Taiwanese boss are just want to have 2 people to do a job of 4 people, with no pay rise, no learning opportunity, no work injury compensation, no on job training .And then when they want to cut budget, they just fire them all (with only the minimum compensation), give them "leave without pay" (but still expect the come to work as usual) or demanding "I want overseas cheap labor". But what they never do is, have a think about is there anything wrong on their own side........
For any worker who want to be successful in the career, do this kind of boss worth serving? For the scarify of the study plan, career development plan, marriage plan, child birth/child care plan, youth and health, I DON"T THINK THIS KIND OF BOSS WORTH SERVING AT ALL.

頑固到不行
一直說我以前怎樣怎樣的...........
我一直說時代已經變了~~

如果認真起來，電子業生產線也是很刺激的......
光是以前從有鉛製程變成無鉛製程，就可以搞到翻天去，因為無鉛製程雖然避免了鉛污染的問題，但是對製程良率來說是個災難.....因為焊錫失去延展性，變得很脆（跟原來的錫鉛焊錫相比）....所以現在電子產品容易掛點的一部分原因在這裡...就算是現在調的差不多了，也總是會有狀況等你去擺平地....

自從台灣製造業搞出那個無薪假以後，年輕人寧可賭賭自己的前途也不肯再相信這些老闆了~~
「沒前景、軍事化管理、工作時間長，有時還要當體力工」....其實軍隊不就是這樣？但是軍隊至少保證工作、薪水、年資、福利不會被坑掉，所以還是有人願意跳進去.... |

於是，被稱為是下一世紀最熱門的生物科技所需要的化學、應化人才，寧願去晶圓廠做個etching；被認為是國內亟待振興的軟體工業所需的資工人才，寧願去晶圓廠幹個MIS；在台灣幾乎是零-------但異常重要的半導體設備業所需的機械、材料、電機人才，寧願去晶圓廠修機器，當個 QA；剛起步的通訊業，政府一天到晚在喊沒人才，人到哪而去了？可能在晶圓廠幹product吧。晶圓廠的可怕，就在於它對人員的吸納是全面性的，幾乎涵蓋了理工學院的所有科系-------你聽過某大化工系某級全班退伍後都去晶圓廠報到的事嗎？不要懷疑，這不是新鮮事了。
有注意張忠謀最近在媒體所發表的談話(股東會不算，因為理所當然要報喜)的人會發現，他不太談晶圓代工了，反而談起軟體、通訊、電子商務、生物科技云云。他脫口而出，罵台積工程師有創意的沒幾人，也罵台灣廠商有創意的沒幾家，會成為我國工業發展的障礙.....................等等．
我不曉得他知不知道：以他的創意出發，而今澎勃發展的晶圓代工業，如今trap住多少在各行各業可能是傑出創意人的工程師？數量之龐大，已經相當程度的造成了一個人才斷層。十年之後(如果真的可以撈十年的話)，我們或許可以看到台灣人力資源運用史上最大的笑話-------- 一個個當年學有專精的生化學家，軟體人才，機械，材料，電機碩博士開起了幼稚園；當起了小吃店，泡沫紅茶店老闆............每天上午九點拎著報紙去證券公司報到"

看是哪種碩士囉...尤其分掉電子相關科系的不只是這些產業.據說在影音設施之類的範圍內也分掉不少.那還分成軟硬體的不同. |

其次後面這段話首先要考慮的是他能不能活到離開晶圓廠去開紅茶店
三個從某光電跳過來的工程師不到十年，兩個已經病死剩下的那個也快死了，而已經病死的兩人中有一個可以說是全家死光光 |

年紀大了的人都會這樣說,因為他們確實見過大風大浪.只是,東北季風的大風大浪,與颱風的大風大浪,是不同的......
上一代台灣碰到的風浪是東北季風型的,很強,但方向很固定,走錯就死,走對就生,跟著大家走就好;現在則是颱風型的,多半比較弱,問題是風向浪向會輪轉,強弱方向隨時在變,你根本不知道該怎樣走才對......

To be honest, these "占住主管缺或是研發的五專畢業生" is part of the reason for the strange situation of "碩士博士太多" and the strange working of using 碩士博士 as technician in Taiwan. In short, they want to employ 碩士博士 for the production line is mainly because they want to enjoy the feeling of commanding a group of people with higher academic level so their their sick jealousy attitude towards those who can go to uni can be full filled.
And because of these 五專畢業生主管's training/working experiences in the past, that limited their scope of view and therefore in their brain, R&D = cost down and production line trouble shooting and the lack of strategic view for product and cooperate development.......

by the way, I always feel that the "career planning" for most people in Taiwan is nothing but 撈幾年錢移民到其他國家.............
