再者艦尾釋放小艇是否也是一樣要關車停機?? 我是相信尾流激浪會影響到小艇出入的說~

Those US Coast Guard vessels aren't design for speed, e.g. the 87' cutter you posted got the speed of 25 knots only. The propeller configuration can be more flexible then.
The crane should be called as "single point pivot davit" or something similar to that. So far I can only see Japan Coast Guard launching those RHIBs from the patrol vessels in high speed in operation, while other countries operating the same equipment still prefer their same old habit, launching RHIBs when the vessel stopped.

Posted - 02/01/2011 : 22:28:03  其實大大說的我也知道一二~可是觀察近十年的Coast Guard巡邏艦的設計~ 幾乎清一色都是這樣搞~固有此疑問說~
我們海巡在操演的時候不管是吊掛還是尾部放出RHIB都是呈靜止母船的狀態~ 但是卻不知道日本有可在高速航行下吊放滿額突擊隊員的RHIB??? 可否指引一盞明燈~ 感恩~

海上保安廳不是不用, 而是不再使用(PL-01/02的滑道已被封死) 現在用的是一種可在艦艇高速航行時吊放出小艇的吊機
艦尾滑道要在艦艇低速時使用 除了艦艇尾流外, 海象也對小艇出入有比較大的影響 艦尾滑道的設置也限制了艦尾推進裝置的設計和艦尾甲板的使用
加上現在的「小艇」越造越大 換吊機怎也比重置滑道方便便宜
