根據動過手術的人(在台北郵政醫院，兩位都是阿巴桑)的說法是......她們都很後悔.......
後悔拖了那麼久，早知道好的那麼快(一週內出院，約需再家再休養一周)，馬上來開刀就好了......
但是也可以先看看別的可能處理法，因為人工關節大概是用20年....... |

不要嚇我
雖然我對此事是有心理準備的說
2週的復原期
算一算約佔掉半個月的時間
如再加上復健的時間
傷腦筋耶......
雖說髖關節的狀況近來一直不佳
但至於再請個假去醫院找骨科和復健科瞭解情形
只是下週不方便再請假了
因覺得會對同事很不好意思

掃墓回來後
再做個自我行走測試看看
看我這用了多年的左側髖關節
能支撐到什麼時候

那兩位OBS基本上都是自己走著出院(不能走太久)，兩禮拜以後就PAPA走了，如果你的工作不用到處走或是搬重物的話，那應該還OK......
不過畢竟我不是醫生，還是以醫生的說法為主.....
另外就是如果你住在北部的話，可以考慮去台北郵政醫院，因為這家醫院快變成人工關節置換專科了.....住院的幾乎都是換髖關節或是膝關節的OBS......

如果是說人工髖關節手術的話...
俺家有人換過人工髖關節...
基本上當時醫生說出院後可以在家復健(就是散散步等一類的)...
只要醫生交代的注意事項都注意即可...
運動不能太少也不能太多...
時常爬樓梯更是忌諱~!
常爬樓梯是下半身(從腰椎起算到趾間關節)關節病痛的大敵...
反正醫囑要聽進去,其它問題應該不大...

這次的春季氣候變化
也終於使長期困擾我的髖關節問題
到達了臨界點
已將此事告知家母
打算5月時到大型教學醫院去看診
屆時再決定是否要動手術
從小到大不知「進出」多少次醫院及急診室
所以我是看得很開的

今天我的走路方式
就像小兒麻痺的患者一樣
一隻腳拖著另一隻腳......
速度是......龜速
左腳髖關節的問題
今天是影響了整隻左腳
酸、痛、麻的狀況都出現了

在下的外祖母也跟基羅夫大大的家人一樣,去年因左膝還是右膝關節退化的因素,而裝了人工關節.
而人工關節最麻煩的是要每隔數年換一次,費用也會很高昂﹗

由於醫院的骨科預約掛號已滿滿的

你左腳目前的情況應該符合去看急診吧!!
如果是缺血性導致的髖關節炎, 接受THR(Total Hip Replacement)手術的可能性蠻高的, 加上氣喘, 會增加一些手術及麻醉上的風險
所以, 病情評估必需慎重, 換關節不代表沒有任何術後併發症與後遺症出現
如果用現在的身體去跑新聞, 實在不太妥當, 因為可能加重髖關節炎的嚴重度

氣喘病在自我健康管理的控制之下
已較過去不易復發
但是看急診......
我是認為沒那麼誇張啦.....
反正我會將自己的情形向主編報告
而我也知道目前的狀況
適不適合執行採訪的勤務

原打算以急診方式就醫
在清晨家母好不容易排隊獲得骨科掛號
下午13:30前就要報到
今天的「龜速」是昨天的1/2
慢到我自己都受不了

剛完成就醫程序回到家
看來有些我想去看(參與)的活動
因為活動力大幅縮減的的關係
不得不將之犧牲了
這是很無奈的事
