俺的某位老師曾經說過...

一個人如果保持所謂的標準模特兒身材超過10~15年...

到老年保證一堆骨頭或內分泌方面的疾病...

甚至會有某內臟(不少內臟需要一定程度的脂肪當保護層)或免疫系統受損的後遺症出現...

請多位減肥過度的人注意啦~!
