https://www.zhihu.com/question/417814780 就事情本身分析的话，首先kyle 17岁，不论在居住的伊利诺斯州，还是Kenosha所在的威斯康星州，以他的年龄，持枪是违法的。其次是正当防卫的判定，威斯康星州的正当防卫法并不没有不退让（stand your ground）法，即代表在第一段视频里，kyle在可以逃跑的情况下选择了开枪回击，很难被判定为正当防卫。第二段视频中跌倒后开枪或许有些合理性，但是追击者也是为了避免kyle逃跑才进行追击。最后在视频里可以看到kyle举手向警方投降，旁边的路人也和警察说他刚刚枪击了别人，但是警察竟然把他放走了。。。kyle是在回到伊利诺斯州的家中后在凌晨5点被带走的，不得不感叹警察真的是带着有色眼镜区别对待。
