Amendment XIV
All persons born or naturalized in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.
"subject to the jurisdiction thereof" 的解讀是關鍵
目前各國駐美外交官 在美國出生的子女
因享有外交豁免權 不受美國管轄
所以不能取得美國國籍
但若解釋成非法移民也不受美國管轄
如何對他們執行移民法或其他法律?
他若真的簽下這條行政命令 馬上被告違憲
就算不被聯邦法院推翻
多半下任總統也會下令取消

其實現在最怕的是保守派，因為要是真的改動這一條，另外一條就一定可以動，損失太大。先不管行政命令可不可以高過憲法，單是損失的估計，共和黨目前死也要擋下來。
當然啦，共和黨以前砲轟總統不可以亂用行政命令，不過現在輪到他們演戲了。

問題在於眾議院...

| 老美這場期中選舉超重要的，其結果除了共和黨剩下兩年是跛腳外，貿易戰的勝負甚至咱們月底選舉的結果也會被影響...... |

眾議員部分看起來德州只有南方幾個選區是藍的，其他多數選區不是紅的確定當選，就是紅的目前票數領先中。
參議員的話，有川普老大加持過後的Ted Cruz，依舊贏過民主黨砸3800萬助選的O'Rourke。 |

共和黨在參院已拿到五十席
就算再無進展
因憲法規定表決票數相當的話 副總統兼參院主席可以投票
所以保住了多數黨地位
至於眾院 共和黨雖稍微領先
但西岸三個民主黨票倉州還沒開票
看來可能會變天
總統上任後第一次期中選舉 全面執政就破局
其實歐巴馬經歷過
只是得空轉至少兩年 也沒啥大不了的

在下不認為這沒什麼大不了，至少貿易戰老美是輸定了
空轉兩年等於浪費兩年，兩年可以讓對手做很多事...... |

跟著舉手發問,都是從媒體聽聞來的,不知真假,故發斯問
1.在美利堅國要登記才能參與大選,對吧!好像某些州如喬治亞對此有爭議,似乎是有些人士認為州政府對某些背景的公民在登記過程有差別待遇
2.參眾議院似乎有所分工,如參議院主導國防外交而眾議院主導內政財政.....
3.在袋鼠國不投票會被罰錢,在美利堅國應該不可能吧!公民權和選舉權在美利堅國的連結似乎不太強制 |

结果差不多了，众议院是民主党的了
但我觉得对贸易战可能不会有太大的影响，目前美帝内部基本达成了通过贸易战压制中国的一致 |

參議院：批准或拒絕批准條約、解除已簽署條約、批准或者拒絕批准總統提名的大使、美國最高法院大法官，以及其他執行部門官員[3]、在總統及下屬官員被彈劾時進行審判[4]。
