美國海軍針對雷根號航空母艦(USS Ronald Reagan CVN-76)內部販毒網的長期調查報告，2026年6月26日因相關法院紀錄公開而曝光，
該案起因於2023年3月13日，一名派駐於日本橫須賀海軍基地的22歲雷根號水手自營房墜樓死亡，
海軍刑事調查局(Naval Criminal Investigative Service，NCIS)隨後在其遺體驗屍報告中驗出麥角二乙胺(Lysergic Acid Diethylamide，LSD)毒品反應，
進而於同年5月2日正式立案，全面徹查並瓦解該艦內部的毒品分銷網絡
本次大規模調查對58名涉及不法行為的水手實施懲處，該走私網絡技術模式為利用美國郵政服務(USPS)，
將數百片LSD藥片跨境郵寄至日本，再攜入雷根號艦艇內分銷給其他官兵，法律與行政處分包含：
1.軍事法庭審判(Courts-martial)
共6名核心水手被定罪，其中損害管制兵Angel Tucker因簽收7批郵包(內含350至1,000片LSD不等)及Psilocybin Mushrooms)，
被判處15個月監禁及不良行為退伍(Bad-conduct Discharge)，
其餘5人(Aguilar、Dias、Posmao、Reykhman、Riale)亦遭判監禁且全數降階至最低階的E-1級水手
2.行政勒令退伍(Administrative Separations)
共24人被強制開除，多數取得非榮譽類別退伍(Other-than-honorable Discharges)
3.非司法性懲處(Nonjudicial Punishment，NJP)
共28人因吸食違禁品受罰，通常處以45天行動限制、45天額外勤務、扣薪及降階
在調查啟動並肅清毒品網絡後，作為美國第七艦隊旗艦在西太平洋服役近10年的雷根號航艦，已於2024年春季正式離開日本橫須賀，
將母港變更轉移至美國華盛頓州布雷默頓的基察普海軍基地(Naval Base Kitsap)
